A while now, every time I watch TV, which is rather little or nothing, except for some weekend, but in these times, I see the TV, as the principal media is plummeting, or but my impression is that every day is less powerful as it once was and is increasingly invaded by Internet and it depends increasingly on many aspects.
From Internet business ads that are increasingly the main customers they feed them, as in Spain: Kayak, Coches.net, Tuenti, Seguros.es, Trivago, Idealista, Meetic, Fotocasa, Rastreator, SegundaMano, etc. Even the ever-increasing reliance on social media, where there is no television program that does not use the # hastags of Twitter, no advertisement or program that does not ask to seek them on Facebook, for to make us fans of his fanspage, etc. Or not to comment, that all televisions invite to use their own Internet portals, in an attempt to maintain or transfer such audiences in another medium as the web is becoming more essential for them to survive in the future.
To which recently joined, I did retweet the other day about the new trend coming, the household ZeroTV as Nielsen study says, I read TicBeat: Death of the TV?: More than 5 million households have no TV. And is that a growing 5% of U.S. households have TV no longer have waste directly because of it, because not even have come to acquire it, and do not use this device, or for information, or for fun, since it replaced by others as the computer, mobile phone or tablet, namely the Internet and digital entertainment.
And since these things usually go in Spain following USA, I wonder how much still remains to the TV and to model continuous stream advertising breaks, to experience the downturn in that will leave the second position. In which the only salvation that remains, is the Internet and SmartTV, transforming the TVs on lounge computers connected to the Internet with big a screen.
Do you guys like what you see? Will it last much longer TV and his continuous stream model as we know it? o will be replaced shortly SmartTV and Internet?
